From the start of getting an estimate and scheduling the move, to the actual move, I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The company is great, and especially Ronald, Brandon, and Kourtney were beyond amazing! I cannot recommend Poindexter enough!
The movers were amazing! They showed up on time and got everything done very quickly. I anticipated needing another hour and a half to finish the move! It's impressive how quickly they got everything done and how careful they were with all of my belongings. I will definitely call them anytime I need a mover.

Today they assisted me with moving an item and they were, again, excellent. From communication, timely arrival, courteous, capable, and careful employees, all around it was an excellent experience. Had a world class experience with Poindexter on our most recent move . It started with Anthony coming over and walking through our home to give us the best possible estimate (No other mover we inquired with did that). The movers that came on moving day (David and Michael) were great. They did not drag their feet and moved with speed and intensity. They took great care of our items and also assembled our crib which many said they would not do. Appreciate you all making the moving process easy and seamless

Mark, Bryan and Xavier were a great team to work with for my moving experience. They were timely, efficient and easy to communicate with! They helped disassemble and assemble things at a quick pace and were careful when required with packaging, carrying and loading/unloading any fragile items! The Poindexter team were also well organized with their reminders and notifications helping me plan ahead. Great experience and I’d highly recommend!

I had a home that sold quickly in Phoenix, and had to arrange a move back to Wisconsin in three weeks time. It began with Anthony at the top, who was able to accommodate my needs.Anthony then sent me the best set of packets and movers I had ever worked with, and my husband and I have moved about ten times.This group came and packed our 25 years of living in this home, with such care and diligence. Pointdexter helped us move. They estimated our move would take 6 hours, but completed everything in less than 4. They are very efficient service.In addition, the moving team took extra care with fragile items, and laid tarp on our floors to ensure they did not damage anything.5/5 would recommend.
They were all great! Super efficient, careful with my items, quick and asked if there were questions. All the gentlemen on both ends of my move were awesome.

This company saved my life. I needed a very large heavy piece of furniture moved and the company that I had scheduled two weeks ago canceled on me twice so I ended up requesting a refund and calling Kim at Poindexter and she was able to get a crew out to me within two hours to move this very large heavy piece of furniture. The crew was great. They had the day off, but they came in to work and helped me out in a pinch, and I really appreciate it. We will be using them in the future.

Louis, David, and Bryan were our movers and they were phenomenal. They were hustling back and forth from the truck to grab our belongings but still handled everything with care. From the first to call to the help that I received they were absolutely amazing. I had to move stuff around in a storage unit. I have 4 units and they helped organize it by moving everything I needed. They are just courteous and helpful and willing to do what I asked them to do. Max and Ronaldo were awesome. You should definitely use Poindexter Moving for your move! I have used them 3 times now and every time has gone really well. Kimberly makes booking easy and David and Alex were top notch for moving day! Seriously - David and Alex were awesome. I feel so grateful they were assigned to my move. Many thanks to Anthony and his hardworking crew! My move was coordinated on very short notice by my realtor, (which I appreciated as a repeat client,) but Anthony’s responsiveness was immediate. My movers, David and Luis, were prompt, courteous and physically able to move my very heavy,antique, French armoire from an upper story condo, into my new home. Their training,experience and care, was abundantly evident, and I would not think of using another company for all my future moving needs.
Max and Matthew are a dynamic moving team. Those guys moved my mom's old apartment so quickly and with so much care it was so beautiful.
