How to Complete Your Virtual Inventory Survey

To ensure we provide an accurate estimate and properly plan your move, please follow these simple guidelines when completing your virtual inventory survey.
Before You Begin
Turn on all lights throughout the home.
Open blinds and curtains whenever possible.
Make sure your phone or tablet is fully charged.
Have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
Allow approximately 15-30 minutes to complete the survey.
During the Survey
1. Start Outside
Record the front of the home.
Show any access challenges such as stairs, gates, elevators, long driveways, or steep inclines.
2. Visit Every Room
Move slowly through each room and capture:
Furniture
Boxes already packed
Decorations and artwork
Garage items
Patio furniture
Storage rooms
Closets
Laundry rooms
Please open closets, cabinets, sheds, and storage areas so we can see all items being moved.
3. Show Large or Special Items
Be sure to point out:

If an item is staying behind, please tell us during the survey so it is not included in your estimate.
Important Tips
Move slowly and steadily.
Avoid fast panning or quick movements.
Stand back far enough so large furniture pieces are fully visible.
If furniture will be disassembled, please mention it.
If access at pickup or delivery is limited, point it out during the survey.
Condition Documentation
Please note any existing damage, scratches, chips, dents, or other condition issues on valuable furniture or items before the move. This helps us accurately document pre-existing conditions.
After the Survey
Our team will review your inventory and may contact you if additional information is needed. The more complete your survey is, the more accurate your estimate will be.
